A pediatric dentist has additional training in the dental needs of growing children, from baby teeth through the mix of baby and adult teeth in the teenage years. That means treatment shaped around how children develop, and an office and approach built to keep them comfortable. Children are not small adults, and their dental care should not be treated that way.
At Happy Hoppers, your child also has a board-certified orthodontist on the same team, so if braces, Invisalign, or early orthodontic care are ever needed, the move is seamless and the history follows them.

First visits are gentle and unhurried. We take time to let your child get comfortable, keep the language simple and friendly, and walk you through anything we see. The goal of an early visit is not just a checkup, it is helping your child feel safe so future visits are easy.
We recommend a first visit by your child’s first birthday, or within six months of their first tooth, and a checkup every six months after that.

Yes. We see nervous children every day and take the time to build trust at their pace. For children who need extra help, we also offer sedation dentistry.
